Accurate Realty & Management LLC began as Accurate Property Management LLC in 1995. The company was located in Severna Park, Maryland (close to Annapolis, MD). At that time, I was a Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX, the economy was in a downturn and several of my clients (sellers) decided they could no wait to sell. So they asked me to rent and take care of their homes until the market recovered.

Over time, more clients (sellers) reached the same conclusion. Rent vs. sell. I soon realized that rentals could be a significant opportunity to provide additional services thereby creating a new, more stable, income stream for my Real Estate Brokerage.

During the same timeframe, a RE/MAX Agent colleague joined me. We created a Property Management Company independent of our RE/MAX activities. In a move designed to grow our rental management business profitably, we developed a formalized Property Management program to address the growing needs of our property owners, while fine tuning our profit model. Accurate Property & Management LLC was born as a one-office operation in Severna Park.

In 2005, we expanded by opening a second office in Hagerstown, Maryland (approx. 85 miles from Severna Park). Our business was growing. We were no longer RE/MAX agents. My partner was managing the branch office and I was managing the headquarters office. To simplify and improve efficiency, we merged operations into one company that handled both the Property Management business and the Real Estate Listings and Sales business.

Accurate Realty & Management LLC was born. Today, we manage over 70 residential homes in Arundel County and more than 70 residential properties in Washington County.

We thrive on helping home buyers, sellers, renters and landlords achieve their goals.
