Our Story & Local Roots
Accurate Realty & Management LLC started as Accurate Property Management LLC in 1995 in Severna Park, Maryland. At the time, I was a RE/MAX real estate agent, and due to an economic downturn, many of my clients were unable to sell their homes. Rather than letting them lose money, I offered to manage their properties as rentals until the market recovered. That decision became the foundation of everything we do today.
A RE/MAX colleague joined me, and we established an independent property management company. We developed a formal program to meet our property owners’ needs and fine-tune our profit model. Accurate Property & Management LLC began as a one-office operation in Severna Park.
In 2005, we rebranded as Accurate Realty & Management LLC. Today we manage over 70 residential properties all over central Maryland.

Herbert "Herb" Chisholm is the founder, broker, and owner of Accurate Realty & Management LLC, bringing more than 40 years of real estate experience in central Maryland. RE/MAX Hall of Fame inductee. Licensed Maryland Real Estate Broker (License #68470). Founded Accurate Realty in 1995 and has personally guided more than 1,000 families through residential transactions across Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas.

Philip Chisholm
PROPERTY MANAGER
Manages the day to day operations of the rental portfolio including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, property inspections, and lease management. Known by clients for responsive communication and a hands on approach to property oversight. Works directly with tenants and property owners to keep every property performing well and every issue resolved quickly.
