Our Story & Local Roots
Accurate Realty & Management LLC started as Accurate Property Management LLC in 1995 in Severna Park, Maryland. At the time, I was a RE/MAX real estate agent, and due to an economic downturn, many clients asked me to rent out their homes instead of selling them. Realizing the potential, I expanded into property management to create a stable income stream for my brokerage.
A RE/MAX colleague joined me, and we established an independent property management company. We developed a formal program to meet our property owners’ needs and fine-tune our profit model. Accurate Property & Management LLC began as a one-office operation in Severna Park.
In 2005, we rebranded as Accurate Realty & Management LLC. Today we manage over 70 residential properties all over central Maryland.
