4. Application Fees & Refunds

Tenant application fees are collected via PayPal.

• Fees are used for tenant screening costs.

• Any unspent portion of the fee will be refunded within 15 days as required by Maryland law.

• Fees are otherwise non-refundable once screening has been initiated.

5. Screening & Adverse Action

Applications may include background and credit checks. If denied or conditioned based on a consumer report, Accurate Realty will issue an adverse-action notice in compliance with FCRA and ECOA. Application records are retained for at least 25 months.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Accurate Realty & Management LLC, except for stock images licensed from Pexels and Pixabay. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

This website includes links to PayPal and Google Drive. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third-party sites.
